This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name amtyglobal.com (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by AMTY Global, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Samast, 7/25, Plot D, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Delhi, India – 110015 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) including applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable for such transaction.

By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms constitute your binding obligations.

These Terms relate to your use of our website, goods and services (collectively “Services”).

Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.

For the purpose of these Terms, “you”, “your”, “user” refers to any natural or legal person using the Platform.

4. Payments

You agree to pay all applicable charges for Services availed.

5. Third Party Links

Platform may contain links to third party websites.
We are not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Legal Contract

Initiating a transaction constitutes a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMTY Global from any claims due to your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or Rs.100, whichever is lower.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure due to events beyond control.
